• Advising employers on drafting the accident Form;
• ITM (Labour Inspection) registration of the accident form
• Participation in research events (accidents and occupational diseases, fires, natural disasters);
• Preparing finding note; reconstitution event by making pictures and sketching the place where the accident occurred;
• Obtaining statements of victims and people involved;
• Collaboration with ITM (Labour Inspection) until completion of the event research
• Preparing the minutes of research, getting all the documentation in order to submit the investigation file of the event;
• Submitting research file to the Labour Inspectorate within whose jurisdiction the event occurred - in order to obtain the notice of the ITM;
• Preparing and submitting the Form for recording accidents at work
